The deal, in plain language. Last updated July 30, 2026.
MyTutor is an AI-powered math tutoring service from Hyperion Shift LLC. It is a learning supplement chosen and supervised by a parent or educator — it is not a school, is not an accredited program, and does not replace a licensed teacher where one is required. Like any tutor (human or AI), it can occasionally be wrong; the honest dashboard exists so you can see real progress for yourself.
Access is through login codes issued to a parent or educator, who is responsible for keeping them to their household or class. The service is for personal, non-commercial educational use. An adult (18+) must hold the subscription; students use it under that adult's direction.
Paid plans bill monthly at the price shown at signup. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. If MyTutor isn't working out, email us within 14 days [TO CONFIRM] of a charge and we'll refund that charge — we'd rather refund a month than keep an unhappy family's money.
Don't attempt to abuse, overload, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, probe its endpoints, or use it for anything other than learning math. The tutor is scoped to mathematics and politely refuses everything else; attempts to bypass its safety rules may result in suspension.
Covered in plain language on the Parents & Privacy page, which is part of these terms.
MyTutor's software, curriculum, characters, and content belong to Hyperion Shift LLC. Your child's work and learning history are yours: you can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; to the maximum extent the law allows, Hyperion Shift LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE — TO CONFIRM]. If we change these terms materially, we'll post the change here with a new date.
